Letter from the Marches

Soil to table have visited small scale producers in the Marches near Ancona in Italy. The teachers of the language school Centro Culturale Conero have been of invaluable help in all these visits.

The new gastronomy

The new gastronomy is about an extended approach to food. It is about good, clean and fair food.

Slowpix is a local Slow Food project which started in Oslo, Norway, August 2008.

We visit smallscale food producers in our area.
We talk to them and listen to what they have to say.

Slow words and even smaller pixels in order to tell a story about the people who deliver food to our tables every day. We hope to achieve a better knowledge about what we are eating and drinking.
